What is National PTA School of Excellence?
The goal of the School of Excellence program is to enrich the educational experience and overall well-being of our OGE students. We achieve this goal by forming family-school partnerships that strengthen family engagement and supporting student and school success.
By participating in the program in the program we will:
- Help make our school a more welcoming place for families
- Empower families to become advocates as part of the school decision-making process
- Demonstrate to school leaders that PTA is a key partner for continuous school improvements
- Receive recognition in your community for engaging families and making a positive impact on our school and student success
We feel Orange Grove Elementary and Orange Grove PTA can achieve that together—and the result will be national, state and community-wide visibility for the positive impact we are making together at Orange Grove Elementary.
We need your help! As part of the process, National PTA requests feedback from families at two points in the school year—the beginning and the end. Your feedback will help National PTA generate a customized Roadmap to Excellence for us, which will provide specific recommendations for improving our family-school partnership and achieving excellence.
